One of the greatest ways I have learnt to break bad habits and stay productive is through prioritizing my days, weeks, months and year, and rewarding myself with each achievement.

Most of the time, these bad habits emerge so gradually that we’re not really aware they exist.

As the result, since we often don’t recognize their influence as they grow, we become blind to our ability to control them.

Next time you are about to watch tv, smoke, drink, or procrastinate on whatever it is you want to do, ask yourself: "Is what I am doing going to help me or hinder me from achieving my goal?"
